1. 적용 범위

본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 SoriCue 앱, 업데이트, 라이선스 활성화/검증, 고객지원, 관련 웹페이지 등(이하 “서비스”)에 적용됩니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

회사는 아래와 같은 경우에 한해 최소한의 정보를 수집/처리합니다.

3. 음성/전사 데이터 처리

SoriCue의 음성 입력/전사 기능에서 생성되는 데이터는 아래 중 하나의 방식으로 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 기기 내 처리: 사용자의 Mac에서 로컬로 처리되는 방식(모델/설정에 따라 다름)
• 외부 제공업체 전송: 사용자가 선택한 설정에 따라 외부 STT(음성→텍스트) 제공업체로 전송될 수 있음

외부 전송 여부는 앱 설정과 사용자의 선택에 따릅니다. 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위 내에서만 데이터를 처리합니다.

4. 개인정보 이용 목적

• 고객 지원 및 문의 응대
• 라이선스 활성화/검증 및 부정 사용 방지
• 서비스 안정성 및 품질 개선(오류 분석 등)
• 법령 준수 및 분쟁 대응

5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 아래의 경우에 한해 제공될 수 있습니다.

• 법령에 따른 수사/감독기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우
• 서비스 제공을 위한 결제 제공업체, 라이선스/인프라 제공업체 등과의 연동이 필요한 경우(필요 최소 범위)

제3자 제공 또는 처리 위탁이 발생하는 경우, 회사는 관련 내용을 합리적인 방법으로 고지하거나 본 방침을 통해 안내할 수 있습니다.

6. 보관 및 파기

회사는 개인정보의 처리 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

• 파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방식으로 삭제, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각
• 보관 기간: 법령 또는 내부 정책에 따른 최소 기간

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 개인정보 관련 문의를 통해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 등 권리를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 법령상 제한되는 경우 요청이 거절될 수 있습니다.

10. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 처리

본 앱은 사용자가 명시적으로 요청한 기능(일정/할 일 생성·조회·수정·삭제)을 수행하기 위해 Google Calendar API(.../auth/calendar.events) 및 Google Tasks API(.../auth/tasks) 권한을 사용합니다.

• 접근 데이터: 일정/할 일의 제목, 날짜/시간, 설명, 완료 상태, 식별자 등 기능 수행에 필요한 최소 항목
• 사용 목적: 사용자 요청 실행, 중복 생성 방지, 시간 충돌 확인, 요청 결과 반영
• 저장/보관: 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소 범위의 메타데이터만 보관할 수 있으며, 보관 시 관련 법령 및 내부 정책을 따릅니다.
• 제3자 제공: Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않으며 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 권한 철회: 사용자는 Google 계정 권한 관리에서 언제든지 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Google API 데이터 사용은 Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use 포함)를 준수합니다.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the SoriCue app, updates, license activation/verification, customer support, and related web pages (the “Service”).

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process only the minimum information necessary in the following cases.

3. Audio / Transcript Data

Audio and transcript data generated through dictation/transcription features may be processed in one of the following ways:

• On-device processing: processed locally on your Mac (depends on model/settings)
• Sent to external providers: if you enable it in settings, audio may be sent to a third-party STT provider for transcription

Whether data is sent externally depends on your settings and choices. We process data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

4. Purposes of Processing

• Customer support and inquiry handling
• License activation/verification and misuse prevention
• Service stability and quality improvements (e.g., error analysis)
• Legal compliance and dispute handling

5. Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in limited circumstances, such as:

• When required by law or valid requests from authorities
• When necessary to integrate with payment providers, licensing/infrastructure vendors, or other processors (minimum necessary scope)

If third-party sharing or processing becomes applicable, we may provide notice through reasonable means or update this Policy accordingly.

6. Retention & Deletion

We delete personal data without undue delay once the purpose is achieved, unless retention is required by law.

• Deletion: secure deletion for electronic files; shredding/incineration for printed materials
• Retention: the minimum period required by law or internal policy

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing by contacting us. Requests may be limited where required or permitted by law.

• Transport security where applicable (e.g., encrypted connections)

10. Google API Services User Data

This app uses Google Calendar API (.../auth/calendar.events) and Google Tasks API (.../auth/tasks) only to perform user-requested features (create/read/update/delete events and tasks).

• Data accessed: minimum required fields such as title, date/time, description, completion status, and identifiers
• Purpose: execute user requests, prevent duplicates, check time conflicts, and apply requested updates
• Storage/retention: only minimal metadata may be retained as needed to provide the service, following applicable laws and internal policy
• Sharing: we do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising purposes
• Revoke access: users can revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
